Alexander Hubig has most successfully accomplished his Masterthesis project in physics on the simulation of Radiocarbon in Speleothems using the CaveCalc geochemical equilibrium reaction model coupled to the output of an 25000 year long Earth System Model run of the MPI Hamburg, which provided precipitation, temperature, and vegetation parameters for the case site of Socotra cave. The spectacular results and the examplary thesis manuscript reflect an outstanding scientific work. Congratulations Alexander for this magnificent achievement.
