Moritz is a Physics Master Student at Heidelberg University and a student assistant in the STACY group. He is investigating global patterns of vegetation change over the course of the last deglaciation in pollen proxies and climate models. Likewise, he is working on efficiently representing sea ice dynamics within PlaSim, a climate model of intermediate complexity, which is used to study long-term climate dynamics and variability.
